More Information
Is this like counselling or coaching?

Not really.

Listening sessions aren't about diagnosing or appraising. They offer a space where nothing is being assessed or improved.
Some people are surprised by how much can soften, loosen, or simply settle through being listened to.
Will you speak during the session?

Yes. Listening here is responsive and relational.

The listener may reflect, ask gentle questions, or acknowledge what's being shared - always in service of helping you stay with what matters, rather than steering the conversation.
How long are sessions?

Sessions last 45 minutes.
How do sessions take place?

Sessions take place online or by phone.

Being somewhere you won't be overheard or interrupted allows things to flow.

In time, listening may also be offered in person.
How do I know this is a safe and confidential space?

It's completely understandable to wonder about this especially when you're considering sharing personal or sensitive experiences with someone new.

Listening sessions are held with clear boundaries and ethical responsibility.
The work is grounded in a recognised listening qualification from CPCAB, and by trauma-aware practice that prioritises consent, integrity, and emotional safety.

How much does a session cost?

Sessions are £45.
There is no expectation to commit beyond a single session.
How does payment work?

Payment is taken by card in advance. This keeps the session free from admin and fully focussed on listening.
What if I'm not sure this is for me?

That's completely okay.

There's no rush to decide.
If something in you feels curious or drawn to the space, you're welcome to take a next step when it feels right.
